Who we are

MalayaliStore is the trading name of PickEasy, operated by the Company. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

How orders are formed

When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the goods shown. An order is not accepted, and a contract between you and us is not formed, until we dispatch the goods (or confirm dispatch) and send you a confirmation. Until that point, we may decline to accept your order for any reason set out below.

Pricing & payment

• Prices: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time you place your order.
• Payment: Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Total: The total payable includes the price of the goods, delivery fees, and any applicable packaging or frozen item fees shown at checkout.

Delivery fees & timing

Delivery fees, timing, and destinations are described in detail on our Delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, subject to availability.

Our right to refuse or cancel orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• Where an item is out of stock or unavailable after you placed your order.
• Where there is a pricing or product description error on the website.
• Where we are unable to deliver to your address or region.
• Where payment cannot be verified or is declined.

If we cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund any payment you have made in full. See our Delivery & returns page for your statutory right to cancel within 14 days.

Limitation of liability

• We supply goods for personal and domestic use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the goods.
• Our liability for any single order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• Perishable goods: Frozen, chilled, and fresh goods must be stored appropriately on delivery. We are not liable for spoilage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
